A free 15-minute telephone consultation offers a chance to discuss what you are looking for and ask about working together.

Before therapy begins, session arrangements, confidentiality and its limits, practical arrangements and cancellation terms will be discussed.

How do I book?

Can I use BUPA insurance?

Yes, enquiries from BUPA-insured clients are welcome. Check your policy and any authorisation requirements with BUPA first. Share the relevant authorisation details when arranging sessions.

Where do sessions take place?

Gina works mainly online, offering video and telephone consultations. Face-to-face sessions take place at Open Field Psychology, Collier Street, TN12 9SD. Please enquire about availability and access arrangements.

How many sessions will I need?

This is considered together based on your needs, goals and preferences. You can discuss the likely approach and review the work as it progresses.
